Initial situation

Service quality of the mobile phone provider did not fulfill the customer´s expectations, there was an impression that cost could be too high.

 

Goals

Main target of the project was to elaborate a service concept that would fulfill all customer´s needs in terms of technical and service quality for mobile phone provider services. There should be executed an RfP that would make sure that the lot would be awarded to a provider that could we capable to implement the concept.

 

Main challenge

Not only should a number of quality deficiencies be rectified, costs should also be reduced wherever possible.

 

Problem-solving approach

Based on the results of a detailed inventory, workshops with decision makers on customer side and internal insight of capabilities of potential providers, heitzig ICT Consulting elaborated a new service model that would fulfill all customer needs and provide the needed services at lower cost. All quality aspects could finally be delivered, and, in addition, cost went most substantially down.
